Clean room, amenities were very good

Our stay at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness of the resort immediately stood out—every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was impeccably maintained and spotless throughout our stay. The hospitality truly sets this resort apart. The staff was consistently warm, attentive, and professional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for at every turn. Their genuine kindness made the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. The amenities were top-tier and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Whether relaxing by the pools, enjoying the beach, or taking advantage of the spa and activities, there was always something to enhance the experience. The food exceeded expectations—diverse, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every restaurant delivered high-quality meals, with fresh ingredients and excellent service that made dining a highlight of each day. Overall, Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres delivered a seamless, luxurious, and memorable experience. Every single thing about this resort was absolutely fantastic. We are already in the recess of rebooking for a longer stay. The food, the rooms, the entertainment… perfect for us.

Clean room, friendly staff and location was the some of the reasons we would love to go back to this resort, only comment would be a complete absence of the Indian and Chinese culture food from the international buffet!

Everything about the hotel was great. Quiet and spacious rooms, surprisingly good on-site restaurants.... a really beautiful short walk to the beach.
