Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The resort was beautiful! Every corner was aesthetic! The property was pristine, staff was cleaning around the clock, food presentation was well done and everything was tasty! A huge shout out to the staff! Excellent staff like Houdini (cocktail class), Alexia, Chrsten, Hugo, Eduardo and Mireya at the Aroma Bar. The property was clean and in top shape. Drinks were great, not watered down. Restaurant were awesome especially Milo and Magna (club members only).

This resort is beautiful , clean and the staff are friendly and entertaining for every day, The only I didn’t like the seaweed on the beach . Also I want to shout out the entertainment team Luis and Alexa then waiter Federico, Kenneth, Heidy thank you for all the team .

This property is new, nice structures. Beach is regular with some sargassum. breakfast (for no-club) only the buffet with short staffed cook by orders. Chez Isabelle French rest. was my favorite Milo s is tasting, Kanpai I had Yakiniku: steam egg /rice were hard. The Grill the steak was cold and overcook. Las olas was decent. Lobster house was regular. Jacuzzi at the pools last 2mins for every press. The room was good designed. TV channels are poor for English speakers. Activities are ok. The staff are friendly.

This is our third time staying at an Excellence resort. Resort is beautiful. We got the roof top room with the plunge pool and it was one of the best rooms we have stayed in so far. Roof top does not have a lot of privacy tho. You can see across to all the other roof tops. It would be nice if there was a way to have some privacy on the roof top. Most the staff was great. We found our favorite bar tender and kept returning to him all week. He was one of the only ones who made the drinks we liked to perfection. Erubey at Cielo beach bar is top notch. You can tell he enjoyed his job. He always did tricks with the bottles and was always pleased to see us. One downfall was that we had to wait for dinner reservations. Each night we had to wait at least 30 minutes to be seated. This was the first time at an Excellence resort we had this happen. We wish there was more things to do at night. Everything shuts down about 10:30. The guy who runs the catamaran rental was a jerk. He tried blaming us for a rip in the sail that clearly has been there for some time due to the coloring around the rip and the fact he pointed it out the second we got back. He didn’t take time to look just automatically pointed it out. After staying at other well established Excellence resorts we could tell the difference. Lots of learning still happening and kinks that need to be worked out. Overall we had a great time.
