Very nice location..Staff is amazing. Very attentive to help you any kind of way possible. All restaurants are amazing including their buffet and breakfast. My kids loved it so much that we are going again to stay there and do different excursions. Starbucks is on property as well. Also outdoor activity agency is there to setup outdoor activities and they pick and drop off at resort. All inclusive option we did was great to have room service and full kitchen in room. Over all, very pleasant and great stay resort. It made a memorable experience for our family.

Room was excellent, food options were diverse and very good for all-inclusive. Staff was very friendly. Views were amazing. Kids really enjoyed the water float. Older kids really appreciated having the gym. Jose was very understanding when my husband and I both thought we each settled our drink/food bill at the pool which I later came down and settled. The all inlclusive options were quite impressive with very few items excluded as premium. My son loved the smoothie menu at the breakfast buffet, which was also very impressive in selection and quality.

Housekeeping repeatedly stole all feminine hygiene products from my girls. We assumed negligence on our part (lost/misplaced products) but when we purchased more from the convenient store, those were stolen again. We also assume theft of a necklace and charm as these items disappeared the same night as the tampons and pads disappeared. Lock up your belongings.
