hotel itself is beautiful, you can walk the entire resort which is very nice, no need for golf carts like at the bigger resorts. It's a very quiet resort, if you are a couple looking for a party, there is none. Wish it was adults only. But the adults only pool And two restaurants are very nice. The food and premium cocktails were top-notch. The service was impeccable. The decor was aesthetically beautiful. The beach is quite small, but does the trick. I have nothing negative to say about this resort, it was great. I would definitely recommend.

my cousin and i stayed here for 6 nights pros: - most of the workers are very nice and accommodating - very aesthetically pleasing and a cute resort for pictures and stuff - calm and not too loud or overwhelming - twiggy adults only pool cons: - very oriented for kids - no entertainment or night life for adults. they do a kids dj party thing every night and have movies in the cinema solely for kids. everything is dead by 10pm absolutely no night life unless you want to leave the resort and go to the hotel zone - food is bad everywhere besides the dinner restaurants - even though this is a new resort (7 months old) there are foundational issues within the building. our room had multiple leaks and issues with the AC and overall temperature of the room. the issue was not addressed until days later when they offered us a new room. at that point it was too much of a hassle for us to move all of our stuff so we stayed. must make reservations for dinner each night 1. Cleo is a mediterranean restaurant rlly good get the grilled shrimp and tabbuleh. they’re also open for lunch as well 2. union steak house it was alright and the manager was extremely rude the service sucked 3. lotus- asian restaurant gave us stomach pain 4. caracol if a mexican restaurant and it was amazing we went more than once overall we would not come to this resort again just because of the lack of entertainment but this is a great place for families or married couples! we enjoyed our time ☺️

Honestly to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve stayed at the SLS is baha mar multiple times so I thought I’d give this location a try. BIG MISTAKE. I have two toddlers (ages 3 and 2) there isn’t much for this age group aside from the small “water park.” The dining options are SUPER limited and honestly terrible. I’ve stayed at a number of all inclusive hotels in Mexico and this is sub par to most 4 star hotels! I cannot believe this is a 5 star hotel. The service was just okay. But, I will say that with our elite room we were given two butlers, Isaac and Daniel. They made sure we were always taken care of. It was my 2 year old’s birthday and they made sure to decorate the room and have a small cake for her. At check-in, the woman at the front desk tried to upsell a “room upgrade.” I told her I was Expedia gold and she then gave me this upgrade for free. The joke was on us though. When I asked for the original room, it was way better than our “upgrade.” There are far better options in Cancun! Do not waste your money!!!

A Wonderful Experience for the Whole Family – SLS Playa Mujeres We had such an amazing time at SLS Playa Mujeres! This place is perfect for bringing family and friends—relaxing, welcoming, and filled with truly exceptional service. Ramiro and Dayana at Verde (the juice bar) were absolutely wonderful. They treated us like family and made us feel so at home. The protein smoothies were delicious, and the fruit was fresh and full of flavor. Their kindness and attention to detail made every visit special. Alejandra gave us the most wonderful service. She was amazing—so professional, attentive, and warm. We truly appreciated the way she went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. We also want to thank Jahir at The Press (coffee shop), who prepared our coffee each morning just the way we liked it. His friendly attitude and consistency added such a lovely touch to our mornings. We can’t forget to mention the Sculpt fitness area—it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff there were incredibly kind and attentive. It made it so easy and enjoyable to stay active during our stay. From start to finish, we felt completely spoiled—in the best way!
