We really enjoyed the various exercise classes - Boxfit, HIIT, spin - Hernan and Alex were great! We also really enjoyed the Sound Healing and Hydrotherapy.

Very beautiful hotel. Nice and clean. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and professional. A lot of activities and programs for kids. Food is good especially the Italian restaurant. I would recommend it for families with small children.

Stunning property! Loved the small private beach, variety of pools/ sections, and enjoyed the food; Italian, Steakhouse, and Asian were the best- be sure to make a reservation. The shows were impressive and the variety of fitness and wellness classes was amazing too! I believe it was their busiest time (march/spring break) so service could have been quicker at restaurants, but overall everyone is super friendly and willing to help. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll have to stay at the 5th floor jacuzzi rooftop!

Very nice and clean hotel. A bit disappointed with the food at Lotus restaurant as well as the negligence of omitting peanuts from our dishes even after informing them about having a peanut allergy. Luckily we had inspected thoroughly before intaking.

We really enjoyed our time at the SLS Playa Mujeres. The staff was great, always wanting to help make sure you are having a great time. Rooms were very nice, bed was comfortable. Food was very good. Enjoyed lunch at Bungalow the most. Not so great was the random level changes around the property. If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. Saw lots of people with wrapped up ankles and knees from falls here.

SLS playa mujeres is an excellent all inclusive option. It’s a luxury family friendly hotel that offers great customer service. We stayed for 5 nights in March 2025. We love the food options, our favorite was filia, the Italian restaurant. (Outstanding service by Elin) and for lunch Bungalow (the server, Luis and chef, Javier went the extra mile) and from check-in to check-out the bell boy, Hermilo was helpful and friendly. Overall an amazing vacation experience.
