The room is very small size and the darkest room ever been felt like cramp . Giving me a sad vibe not cozy. Probably because its an industrial theme. I booked this hotel last minute since this is the closest to my house which had an urgent repairs on my bathroom. Need to take a bath before coming to work. The price is too high for me compare to other hotels which is way better for sure since its a 4 to 5 stars hotel located in downtown LA. I regret should have stayed there instead of this very sad vibe hotel. Almost the same price but not equated to size, coziness better lightning etc. And worst of all, I booked this in expedia and surprised to ahve added cost and resorts fee of $30 plus. And worst of all when I checked my bill they added a $10.00 plus tax indicated in the bill as minibar snack which by the way I didnt take any since when i checked in I went to nearby BCD tofu place ordered it to go with drinks. And never go near to the refrigerator. Slept right away after dinner. This makes me even furious of this experience. I will never stay to this hotel and would not recommend to my family and friends. Not worthy of the price especially the added resorts fee!!!! Not even 1/4 of the Las Vegas vibe to be worthy of this resorts fee!!! Truly a bad experience!!!!

Room was clean. Everything was in order but .. this was the most uncomfortable, very poorly made, cheep mattress I’ve ever slept on. And I’ve been in cheep hotels and mothers but nothing this bad. Same for pillows. Can’t get more synthetic and uncomfortable. Because of it I will not stay in this hotel again.

I found a joint between the sheets. They were very unapologetic. The bathroom could’ve been much cleaner. I would not stay there again $30 a night for a resort fee is a joke.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the carpet was dirty enough that I had to go out and buy flip-flops since no slippers were provided. This made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, overnight parking is $70, which feels unreasonable given the condition of the room. I expected much better for the price and hope management will address these issues and make this right.
