The rooms are dirty. The table is warpped with stains. USB and other plugs were broken. Walked into the room and the AC was set to 63. Decided to turn on the heater but heater doesn't work. Had to double up on blankets.

Great amenities, fun mini bar selection, good food on site, awesome lobby bar bartender, central location, ride share pick up was always fast and convenient from The Line’s location. The decor is interesting but surfaces felt worn down and dinged up. The pool is cold and in the shade most of the time. The view of the Hollywood sign and Griffith observatory from bed was AWESOME with palm trees everywhere on the streets below.
