The room was clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave. I just really wish it an elevator. No where did I read you had to carry your luggage upstairs. It does need some window repairs.

The room was great, the only issue we had was the bathroom was extremely dirty. There was hair all over the bottom of the shower, on top of our clean towels, on the wall, on the toilet seat, and on the sink. Because of this, we were not able to have clean towels to shower with, and there was nobody at the front desk to ask for new towels. My suggestion is to use the linen closet that’s in the room and provide extra towels for this kind of situation.

Walked in and a strong stench overwhelms any thought of staying there. Went to our room and it was still dirty from the last guest. Asked a house keeper when it would be ready, she said checkin was at 4:00. The e-mail and booking said 3:00. She said she had no idea when it would be ready. She lied because she was behind. We were sold a room that was not available, lied to, and the building smell is offensive. We demanded a refund and were denied, they told Expedia thay have a very clean hotel. They lied again. We booked another hotel and moved on with our lives. Lesson learned.

The staff was superb! We came in for a cruise. Our flight came in at 11:00 AM. They let us check in early. The room was clean. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. A+++++

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet basic expectations. Upon arrival, the room did not appear properly clean and there was a very strong chemical/bleach odor that made the space uncomfortable to remain in. I did not feel the room was suitable to stay in and chose to leave shortly after check-in. I attempted to communicate this promptly, but the situation was not handled constructively afterward. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The room was clean, as were the hallway and comon area. The shower was huge, a little too big for the tiny bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. We had no issue with noise because we travel with earplugs.

While the room itself was a little smallish, it was arranged in a very practical way. Had a minimalist vibe that I liked. Bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were nice. What stood out was the walk in closet. Too funny. I'd stay again.

I would've given the property a 4 or 5, however my code to the building didn't work twice and I had the same issue with my parking key card. That said, the person that was on call, was on top of it and was also very apologetic. So, kudos to her!!! The rooms are clean and a very nice size in my opinion. There's no elevator that I know of, so if you need one this may not be the place for you and street parking can be hard after a certain time of evening. Overall, I like it and I will stay here again.
