I stayed at the La Quinta in Ontario, CA for three nights on the fifth floor, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Not once during my stay was the room cleaned or the bedding changed, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay of multiple nights. To make matters worse, the toilet/bathtub was clogged, and both my wife and I had to stand in backed-up bath water. I reported this issue to the front desk, but no one followed up or resolved it during our stay. The front desk staff, particularly some of the younger female staff members, were unprofessional in their demeanor and response. The lack of urgency and customer service was very noticeable. I chose this hotel based on Expedia’s recommendation, but based on my experience, I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others. Basic housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service standards were not met.

Overall a good experience. Only two things I can point out for improvement this stay. 1. Volume on the TVs were not adjustable in our room. 2. The outside LED lighting was shining directly in our window and the curtains could not completely block it out.

The entire property is immaculate inside and out. We booked a stay for a concert. Our room was spacious, quiet and immaculate. The free breakfast had a good variety of items to suit our tastes. And we were grateful for the free parking at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend this location highly.

The room was great, and we like La Quinta because they allow pets to stay as well (for a fee). It was close to where we needed to be the next day and our 2nd time staying there. It's a great hotel; clean; has all the amenities we need.

I was checked into a room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED. I was VERY EMBARRASSED 😳 the key worked and I walked in on the occupants. U can hear through the walls and the hallways VERY LOUD. Restroom tub paint is peeling bad restroom door did not shut AT ALL the Handel is broken
