I am writing to formally commend the team and overall operation at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, following my recent business stay from December 21 through December 23, 2025. From the moment I entered the property, I was consistently met with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine attentiveness. The staff’s demeanor was polished and respectful, creating a welcoming, well-run environment. The positive upbeat tone in the “good mornings” I received from your team members in the hallways was noteworthy. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean. The level of care is evident throughout the premises. Cleanliness at that level does not happen by accident; it reflects strong leadership, disciplined operations, and an intrinsic workforce that takes pride in its work. Beyond the physical environment, there was a distinctly positive energy within the hotel, an atmosphere that is difficult to quantify but unmistakable when present. It significantly enhanced the quality of my stay. In colloquial terms, it has a “good vibe”. I would also like to specifically recognize Rick at the bar, with whom I had the pleasure of a substantive and engaging conversation. His professionalism and attentiveness were top shelf. Please accept this letter as an expression of sincere appreciation for a job very well done. Your team represents the Hyatt brand exceptionally, and my experience reflects an operation that is clearly well-led and well-executed. Look forward to staying with them again

Everything was fine with the rooms and cleanliness. However the staff bringing our luggage to our car in valet repeatedly dropped our suitcases multiple times while using the luggage cart. He seemed to be in a rush and was checking to see if anyone noticed after dropping them.
