Arrived around 8pm for a reservation. Front desk informs my family that they don't have any rooms available for another hour. Front desk mentioned that they had informed Expedia ... Expedia did not communicate this to me. Front desk lady was nice, because of the wait, she gave us a voucher for free meals for 3 people (2 adults, 1 baby). She mentioned to show it to the bartender or breakfast staff. Next morning, my daughter wasnt feeling well so I ordered from the breakfast menu to be delivered to our room. An employee delivered the food, refused the voucher saying he couldn't honor it. After explaining the communication during check in - he said "fine whatever" then abruptly just turns around and walks away from me. A good morning or goodbye would have been great -- instead this guy just gave me and my family attitude.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location near shopping. However, we had some challenges. The parking gates are old and the tickets do not work easily. I had to run inside several times to get a new entry ticket. I requested housekeeping and they never showed. Finally, they came to empty trash and give us towels on the 3rd day. The property is a little dated though the rooms have been updated.

The hotel was clean and visually appealing. However, our room was located directly across from the elevators, which were extremely loud and repeatedly disrupted our sleep throughout the night. In addition to the noisy elevators, the air conditioning unit in our room was excessively loud, making it difficult to fall asleep and causing us to wake up multiple times. Furthermore, the bed lacked proper support and was uncomfortable.

The stay was great , the hotel was very clean and anything we needed was a phone call away , also very accommodating with our needs . The only thing that i am dissatisfied with is the fact that there is a $33 charge per day to park my car .

Room was great and really liked the public space. Very nice pool area, lobby, bar and restaurant. I do wish they’d put us in a room with a pool view vs the outside over the parking. We enjoyed our stay though.

For the price, MDR was an excellent value. Our bed & pillows were comfortable, and the room spotless. The shower water pressure was a bit low, but acceptable. The staff was friendly, and the lobby open space layout very inviting. Outdoor seating in the restaurant was inviting, as was the cabana-included pool area. Only complaint? Called room service 6x between 8:30 and 9:30 on a Wednesday night and no one ever picked up. Also, the overnight parking charge ($30) is a bit excessive.

Great place and vibe. The pool area is smaller and if there are lots of kids, it can be loud. However, the whole place has a nice, chill, resort vibe. The staff is super friendly throughout and the rooms are very comfortable. I was able to easily walk to restaraunts, the marina, and easily get a lyft to the airport. If I was in town, I'd stay there again.
