Unhelpful, unfriendly, and unkind staff. Bed was clean but bathroom and overall room floor was disgusting. Room has the strangest set up I’ve ever encountered. Located in a horrible area, nothing nearby. $12 a day parking was the only decent thing they offer.

This was the only hotel I have been in the world that did not have a closet or even hangers to hang the clothes. The room had no table or chair to work on, or even sit. I had to send emails from my bed as that was the only option and keep the clothes on the floor. I asked the front desk for support with these matters and they literally ignored me and told me that my room had no closet, no chair, no hanger. Very dissapointed, and certainly will never be back at that "motel", rather than being called a Hotel!

No carpets, so sounds magnified. Very noisy cleaners who shouted to each other. Some inconsiderate guests who talked in the corridors at e.g. 3am! Great tea/coffee facility. Receptionist Maria was extremely helpful. 😊
