We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. Raul at the front desk was so welcoming and helped us prepare for our stay. Candy in housekeeping checked in on us making sure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel!

Great hotel stay.

Very convenient and ample handicapped parking spaces. Quick check-in and very friendly staff throughout our stay. Hotel is really convenient to UCLA, VA hospital, shops and restaurants. Appreciated the extra pillows, and the open-air, rooftop lounge area.

Front desk staff welcoming and friendly, clean comfortable room with AC, nice bathroom with strong flow on shower head, free toiletries and hair dryer, ample amount of towels, convenient to UCLA, very good FREE breakfast with great selection, onsite parking for a reasonable fee; dislikes: sketchy area with many homeless people, lots of sirens throughout the night (which is to be expected in LA)
