Clean room, awesome breakfast buffet, plenty of parking and welcoming staffs. Bathroom fixtures and shower rooms are old and need an upgrade. The bathroom sliding door came off the track.

The Hotel didn't provide house keeping during our entire stay even after clearly requesting it after day one. The trash has been overslowing, no cleared bed sheets, toiletries, coffe etc. They did'nt even have a working phone at the room to talk to the front desk

We stayed for 2 nights, The 5th floor got flooded and resulted in everyone requesting to move to comparable room and we received King bedroom downgraded from 2 queens. This resulted in chaotic experience and disruptive vacation. 1am in the morning we were told either to move out or take up King bed. For compensation, they gave only 2000 points and free parking

One of the worst stays I have had at a hotel. The rooms smell. Before I left for the day in the morning I requested them to at least remove the trash, replace the towels and clean the bathroom. They promised they would do it but when we returned in the evening nothing was done and they were not able to provide staff to clean the room or give us another room. Very pathetic.

The room was dusty and stuffy. Hair all Over the bedsheets and tables probably from previous guests. Carpet was very dirty and had to wear shoes throughout. Room given on 7th floor was near the elevator and the motor was extremely loud. I asked the receptionist to change the room for me but he couldn’t honor my request. Paying for parking was strange and not explained when I booked the hotel. Extras included parking fee and $80 dollar deposit.
