The room was beautiful. My credit card was charged before I even checked in. That’s a negative I was put on the seventh floor and the elevator was not working. They come me with a breakfast which was never delivered. The lady at the front desk was not polite her name was feta. I have stayed many I have stayed in many other hotels in different cities and this is the worst experience I have ever had
