The area around the property was very unsettling. If you’re not familiar with the area it can be scary … we didn’t feel safe walking around at all. Once inside it was beautiful. Room was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and no complaints.

We felt safe at the hotel, and the staff was great. We had to leave shortly after 6 am, so we missed the breakfast, which started at 6:30 am. It would be great if they could start the breakfast at 6 am. Due to traffic in Los Angeles, I bet lots of business people must leave the hotel early in the morning and miss those great cinnamon rolls we come for!!!

The hotel itself is great. Everything is clean and working and functional. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The reckless was really great, plentiful. For a buffet style, the biscuits and gravy were actually really good. But the surrounding areas down the street and around the corner from the hotel make me want to never return to LA. I wouldn't walk there at night. There were also homeless people smoking crack in the driveway of the hotel as I was ending my trip/checking out, so if that tells you anything about the area nearby, there you go.
