The good: it’s clean and appears new. Staff was friendly. Not a given these days, but should be the minimum bar for a 4 star (?) hotel. Other: No pool; charges for parking (~$25/night). Breakfast nearly $30 per person. Coffee in room is “ok ish”… feels all like a hard try to cut costs and charge guest as much as possible extra. “Platinum” status gave us free water (the cheap bottles; otherwise $3 each). We had a good enough stay but I would go somewhere else for better value in the future.

Safe, clean, comfy, convenient

Overall 4 stars - people and dog-friendly, clean, safe, comfy, convenient, and a responsive management team. I left off one star due to a couple of issues I found took away from a 5 star rating, e.g.; charging for internet (unless you sign up to be a member), charging for bottled water if you used more than 2 (small bottles), and lastly, a hostile attitude from a grumpy valet. Please note, when brought to the attention of management, they were apologetic and removed the charges as a courtesy. However if I had not complained- the “motel 6” issues are ongoing. In the end, it was a great place to stay while visiting family.
