Not for me.

Floor was dirty, put the “request maid service” on the door and no one came all day, Went to work at 6:30am retuned at 3:30 pm. Pretty sure I heard gun shots next door. At the very least explosions of some kind. I ironed work shirts and due to the floor being dirty I had to roll my sleeves up because the cuffs were filthy where they touched the floor. I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room. Overall I won’t be back at that location.

The property manager/owner was very attentive. I had a problem with the toilet and he gave me a plunger late at night. I do wish the walls were more insulating and quieter. The room was sufficient for the price in the LA area. There are no homeless camps around it which is a huge plus. The floor could be cleaner, I understand it is a popular place to stay for the price and safety factor. The staff are great! I love that they have someone available all the time.

Epic it is..my spot

Hands down if you care about elite customer service, safety and care for property this is the spot! Forget the weight rooma or pools and extra amenities. Yes it doesn't have that but when you have staff and super clean rooms that care. Better than cheap motels, beds nice and no roaches or dirtyness. I CARE ABOUT SAFETY and decent rooms inside fairly updated. Dont listen to any negative reviews. This place is about SERVICE That is the feeling of some better 4 stars and 5 stars I been. They were even steaming concrete and will work with your accommodations. And for price and value and location. This is the spot. The main manager is so awesome! If you need scissors, or something not in room, they got you, you need anything - reasonable this place is epic to me. I slept very good and didnt worry about my car or safety or cleanliness!
