Poorly maintained property in general. Rain water leaked into the room at night including onto me while sleeping. No option to change room. No proactive offer to discount room rate. Unreal.

In 50 years of travel this is likely the worst Hotel I have ever see . Had we not arrived at 2AM I would have left immediately, the night clerk refused a request for a towel, the ones I found in the room showed evidence of blood stains, the sheet had stains, the handle on the toilet was broken, not able to flush at all, please anyone find different accommodations .one other thing, no parking was available.

I loved that it was located in a quiet area. There is a Starbucks right across the street that I could walk to. Also plenty of fast food places within walking distance. I went for a night walk around the neighborhood while I was there. Very safe and the scenery was just so beautiful

Disappointing Dupe

Firstly, this picture is Not the site I booked- so I missed it 2X trying to find in the dark. I had requested a room away from noise, but instead had a room in the front on busy Sepulveda Blvd. I was told that is where my room size was located. No sound mitigation, even stuffing cotton in my ears! Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. The motel is tired and needs updating. Worn furniture with veneer chipped off. I guess you get what you pay for; I was foolish to think that a $70 a nite hotel could be modern and smell good and still turn a profit. There are multiple chain hotels all along that road that were newer and nicer. And, I'm guessing that since it was 10pm when I checked in, I could have gotten a much nicer room And some sleep for the same rate.

Property is well kept. There were som stains on the bed sheets but that was all. Other than that it is a good place to sleep at a reasonable cost.

Overall, it's fine, especially if you're able to get a price lower than typical but the main issues are parking, 2 spaces had leaking water that drops onto cars below and on a weekday there wasn't enough spaces for all the people who booked a room, so I can't imagine how it is on weekends. The shower is a water saver so not much water pressure and there's no soaps so if be sure to bring your own if you wash your hands, usually the hotel soaps are too small for showers so I have my own anyway

My room was dirty, not vacuumed or mopped the 6 days I was there…the garbage was not emptied daily, The towels were old, they looked like rags, the pillows and mattress old and smelly. I did not get new soap for 3 days. My car phone charger and eyebrow scissors were stolen from my room. The front desk staff totally indifferent and unwelcoming!
