Although the hotel wasn’t as bad as the first we stayed right outside of laundry we could hear the staff conversation and the construction was terrible staff said that they would move to another location but it didn’t happy we had an issue with housekeeping because they didn’t clean enough. The hotels room phone wasn’t working.

The person who checked us in was extremely unfriendly, rude, and couldn’t care less about our needs. Breakfast was such a disappointment, they have waffles with no options for toppings, no syrup or anything.

Some of the rudest staff I've had to put up with. I'd understand if the hotel was located in a rougher area, but this is Manhattan Beach! You can't just talk to guests gruffly and bang on doors every 2 minutes during checkout. That may be ok in other areas, but I will not tolerate this type of guest harassment in a location such as this. The staff working here needs to stick working at a Motel 6 that caters to the unhoused. That facility and accommodations were fine; if you're in moderate shape you can walk to the Manhattan pier and play volleyball in a short 1 mile walk. However, the experience with the staff left me with an overall bad impression of this place.

I have stayed several times and overlooked things. Yet this time there was a bug on the ceiling in room i ask them to get it m he cane with a vroom snd he swept it and said it was inside the broom when he left the bug was actually still on the floor alive then the shower was clogged and took all night to drain and in the morning stuff from the sewer was left in the tub the plumber had to come and fix it it took over an hour and they would not extend my time to check out even though they fixed it during the time that I was there very rude I thought

The floor in our room was filthy. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom so when we got to our room the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet along with the only two bath towels that were given. There was only one garbage can in the entire room and that a small one in the bathroom. The bedding had used bandages stuck to the blankets. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked for more towels. The description on our room said no smoking but for two nights there was people smoking pot in the room across from us and you could smell it in our room. The refrigerator was leaking water out of the freezer and ruined our food. We will not be returning to this hotel again because it was miss leading online vs what we actually got.

Advertised three queen beds. It was one queen, 1 full, and a twin sleeper sofa. The bathroom was very nice, but the rest of the room was a bit scary. May daughter walked barefoot and her feet became black in just a minute. The front desk worker was nice and professional, but I should have taken a price that good into consideration.

The hotel was so dirty. We almost cancelled our reservation and left once we saw the room. To make matters worse my husband left something behind, when we called to try and obtain it we received no information and were told the manager wasn't there. If you have children and are in a bind for a last minute hotel go ANYWHERE ELSE. It's not worth it.

The staff was not helpful or informative, the tv did not work in the room, one dull light in restroom, no marijuana smoking on the premises even in the smoke area, no pool. Only satisfactory if you don't plan on being there. Just a place to lay your head for the night.

Think motel not hotel! The floors haven’t been mopped in what seems like years! My daughter walked around for 5 minutes and her feet were black. The mini fridge didn’t work. We told them and they were supposed to replace it but they never did. The shower knob was broken so it took a few try’s to get it to work right. And towels! Bring your own!!! We put the door hanger outside the door to freshen rooms and get clean towels and out of the 7 days only 2 days that was done. We had to ask for clean towels and sometimes it took more than an hour to get. And they would only want to give us one towel. We had a wash cloth the first day but they never gave us another one. It wasn’t what we were expecting for the area that we stayed in.

Bunch of crooks

I wouldn’t know anything about this hotel because I didn’t stay there. I paid for it but didn’t stay there. I had a family emergency and needed a hotel room for the same day. When I made the reservation, apparently they didn’t have a room that day and the app switched it to the next day but I didn’t catch it. When the confirmation popped up, I saw the mistake and tried to cancel it right away. Something I’ve always been able to do on the app before. I tried to cancel using the Virtual Assistant thing but the chat just “put me on hold” and no one ever helped me. I called the hotel and some guy just answered “Hello?” He didn’t say the name of the hotel or his name. Like I was calling his house. I had to ask if I was calling the hotel. He seemed irritated and told me he couldn’t cancel the reservation and I had to use the app. Kept trying to get someone on the chat but never got anyone. By then, I had just made another reservation using a different app. Today, I ended up sending Hotels.com a message on IG and finally got a helpful person. She called the hotel and talked to a “Nina” to explain the situation and was told they wouldn’t refund me even though I had proof I did everything to cancel the reservation. So, I’m out $94 that my family really could have used during the emergency. So, don’t book here, they are a bunch of greedy jerks who couldn’t care less as long as they can take your money
