Downtown Chicago hotels with parking

After I tried checking in early, I came back later and the hotel gave away my room. I would not trust this hotel again.

Rooms are really small and it seems like they didn’t take their time to clean it. The bathroom was not clean and had empty body wash and hand soap dispensers. The staff there weren’t welcoming either. Overpriced for a room that was dark and had a bad odor to it. Spent the night then checked out as soon as we could. Never again.

The breakfast menu was fresh, delicious, and there was such a good variety of items to choose from. The staff was pleasant & professional. Absolutely loved this hotel & will definitely vist again. There were tons of restaurants & shopping on the next block. Garretts popcorn right across the street from hotel. Hotel is beautiful & rooms were clean with lots of amenities. Great place to stay!

Great place to go for a conference! The staff were so nice- especially at the door, always there to greet to or give you advice on where you’re going/ ensure you were getting in correct Uber.room service menu was excellent and decently priced.

older and in a bit worn condition,, but in a great location the staff is fantastic.

This location is excellent for sightseeing and going to the theater.
