Room clean. Hotel staff great One of the busiest weekends of the year and they were down to 2 elevators. That’s was hard all weekend. Pool overly crowded no fault of the hotel but unruly children screaming on the top of their Lu gs made it hard to stay in the pool area. Yes parents were with them but seemed oblivious. Breakfast great Overall hotel is nice. Would choose a different weekend next time

Overall it was a good stay. We just had a couple of issues of the toilet backing up and at BF test when we arrived we couldn’t into our room because the battery died in the door sensor. So that took time to get handled after thinking the card wasn’t activated and had to take two trips to front desk from the 13th floor.

Check in process was slow. Only two elevators for an extremely high volume of people staying at the hotel. It took 10+ minutes to get an elevator each time. I didn’t have the option to use the stairs because I had a stroller. Not enough tables available to eat breakfast nor have drinks in the evening. Upon checking out with baggage and kids (and a vomiting baby and vomiting husband), staff was trying to sell guest something on an iPad which made the check out process take a really long time. Although I really liked our room layout, I will not be quick to book here again.

Room was great. Spent nearly an hour in line just to check in, only to wait another 15 minutes in line to get on the elevator to the room.
