Could be a gem, but is tired and needs updates

Room 1004- The picture in the bathroom has mold which can be seen on the picture. It appears the picture open to moisture. This could be a potential health issue. The additional charge for $50+ for 6 bottles of water etc. was ridiculous. I was there one night and in no way would I drink 6 bottles of water for a <12 hour stay.

Mandatory Amenity Fee!

The advertised rate is a lie. At check-in, they show you a sign that explains they have a mandatory "amenity" fee, almost doubling what you expect to pay. For the fee, you are given 3 bottles of water, 3 sodas, and discounts. It's a sham!

A lot of promises that did not come through and hidden costs. No room service for four days. Booked a king bed but got a queen. Told one amount to pay and suddenly I had to pay more. Promised vouchers on food but the site does not allow that voucher. Told we could check out late but could not.
