River North accommodation with spa

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms and hotel itself were pretty clean. It's in a heavily populated area of a major US city - you're going to hear noises from outside at night, so just know that going into it(I've seen people complaining about it in reviews). I never felt unsafe walking around the area and there were people all around at basically all hours. I'd definitely stay again.

Eurostars was such a pleasant surprise to an awesome weekend in Chicago. The staff was outstanding and our King room had an awesome view. The location is fantastic and the convenient River North Bistro was perfect for breakfast each day.

The location in River North is perfect. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Very nice but parking expensive

The staff text you - which is a nice touch. I was able to ask questions that way vs calling the front desk. I Don’t really like taking 2 elevators to get to the room- 1st one goes to 15th floor and then you walk a little bit across the dining room and bar area - to another elevator - with a line of people.l waiting. that was a bit of a surprise - but otherwise it’s a great place. Great location. Staff were great. I was able to check out late and they stowed my bags till ready.

Everything was wonderful. Would like to see bacon back for breakfast.
