Dog friendly?

We brought a dog, the hotel is pet friendly. However, I have never stayed at a pet friendly hotel that offered no place for dogs to go potty! The nearest dog park was 6 blocks away. There was no patch of dirt, grass or other for the dog to potty, only the sidewalk. We left after only one night because it was so inconvenient.

Overall my stay was really good. There were a few small things that could be improved. The couch was really low to the ground and made getting up difficult. I would've liked more vegan options in the provided meals. The food in general wasn't all that tasty according to my family. I would've liked more than one fruit option for breakfast. Also I wish they had told at check-in that the keycard was required to access your floor in the elevator.

Location is great. However, we found a bed bug in our room and had to switch rooms. The staff was helpful and the property had the room inspected after we left (negative for bed bugs but doesn’t dismiss the bed bug found crawling on the sheets). Over crowded with lines for free cocktails and breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool but found other guests in the pool obnoxiously loud and rude.

There are some issues

When we arrived the room was not correct. We asked for a king bed and was given a double bed. They did fix this right away. I made my husband coffee with the pot and other items provided by the hotel. The creamer was from November of 2024 and curdled in his coffee. Another reason why I booked this hotel was because of the pool. Well is was empty and closed for repair. This was not on the website. If it were in the website I would not have booked a room there Not impressed with this stay!.

Hotel is very nice, evening concierge service was a good touch, breakfast has a bunch of options. Cons- no where to stop your car to drop off your bags if not using valet. And their WiFi always kicks you off. But I would go back to this hotel
