The elevators in this hotel are horrible for the size of the hotel. This is our 2nd stay here and both times they only had 2 working elevators out of 4. Even 4 is not enough for the amount of people in this building but only having 2 when check in/out time and breakfast is just frustrating.

Checking in we were hit with a oh by the way you have to pay a $100 per DAY deposit. We had already paid for the entire stay and never saw anywhere we had to pay this deposit.The room, for what we paid, was a little run down, very dark and very small. Dont expect to get anywhere quickly. 4 elevators and we had to wait up to 20+ mins for an elevator. They are the worlds slowest elevators. The breakfast buffet leaves alot to be desired. We went at different times each day, very small selection and they ran out of items and they were not replaced. Seating is very limited. Each day breakfast seemed to get worse. When checking out ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED receipt!!!! Im glad i did. They tried to charge me over $300 for valet parking. We chose to street park or park in nearby parking garages as it was so much cheaper then their $80 a day fee. The upside is they offer free washer/dryer to do your laundry. Its within walking distance to many things. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Rooms were way too warm. It was uncomfortable sleeping at night. The elevators were extremely slow, sometimes taking 12-14 minutes for one to arrive. We took the stairs (7 flights) several times to save time.
