Valet is pricey, but all the garages or parking spaces are in Chicago. It’s a bit much if you are unaware of of daily rates. And a 75 dollar charge per day attached to your hotel charge. Overall, it’s very nice hotel.

Great location in downtown Chicago. Parking just around the corner. Used digital check in and key. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on the 11th floor so road noise wasn’t as noticeable. Highly recommended.

Need to improve the shower situation. Water splashing out to bathroom after shower since the floor of shower stall and floor of bathroom are even, nothing to stop water from shower stall getting out to bathroom floor.

Most of the staff were very nice and approachable. Especially Jarod on the desk. Suraya at the desk, Tomas the bell hop, Maria in housekeeping and the maintenance guy. The houkeeping assigned to my room at first do not check my supplies but when I show the empty tissue box on the desk it did not happened anymore. Staff on the food area were all nice.
