Conveniently located near everything

Parking is atrocious. Almost $200 to just keep the park at the hotel for 3 days. It would've been more if we would've decided to have in and out access. We just kept the car there and walked everywhere. Liked the fact that the hotel is near literally everything.

Good Trip not so good Hotel

this hotel would have been better if they pulled up the old carpet, you didnt have go pay for parking and if the person at the desk could explain how parking works. also they put us in a handicap accessible room and the beds was horrible. If I was handicap I wouldn't want to be in that room.

Great location.

Great location for using the Red Line to get to Wrigley Field. Convenient with restaurants and grocery store very close. Due to being downtown, it is noisy in the rooms with emergency sirens and loud vehicles thru the night. Biggest complaint…they stored our luggage for us since we had to catch a train hours after our checkout time and when we came back to get it, it took them about 20 minutes to find it, which made us have to rush to our train.

Great spot in the middle of downtown. The red line L station is literally right outside the front lobby. The parking is a bit expensive but you can find a better deal through apps for the other structures in the area. Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner (bugs on the window shade and discolored caulk around the bathtub).

I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The only thing we didn’t like is that parking is super expensive. Other than that, we had a great stay.
