Can’t say enough about this wonderful hotel! The room was immaculate, and we took advantage of the pool and the gym. The location is PERFECT! The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. We just spent seven nights here, and we enjoyed every moment of being in fabulous Chicago. It’s now our fav city!! Thanks for making our vacation so great . . . hope to come back here next year!

Great location, closeby to shopping and restaurants. And 15 walk to magnificient river. Heated pool was a bonus. We also had a corner room with nice view. Shower was really nice. Wish it had free breakfast. Samuel was great for helping us set up our uber ride to the airport. Will stay again. Thank you very much.

Room was good, shower was a bit tie and since it’s a green room the AC would turn off during the night until motion was detected, good thing it was not that hot outside. Carpet does need some replacement. Best part was the subway station Grand is right in the same corner, very convenient to get to downtown loop. Some good restaurants and the casino were around the corner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately they have a policy for cleaning the rooms every other day, but you can grab towels from the carts or call front desk. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

No valet at all. Have to put hazards on then call and ask for help. No one will help you with your bags. You have to check in, grab your own cart and then wheel all your own things upstairs with the promise of moving you car within 5 minutes to the garage shoes entrance is around the block. In and out garage parking is $69 a night. The water pressure in the hotel shower was the worst I’ve ever had. Campgrounds have better water pressure than this.
