beautiful property. very clean but has some odd odors throughout the building. there was no valet service working at the time we arrived( it was a Tuesday so maybe that’s why) not a very busy time but would have been appreciated since i had to walk far with my bags. also i had my daughter with me and we couldn’t use the pool at 6 pm because it was 21 and over but i didn’t see that posted anywhere so i felt bad for her since she was in her bathing suit already.

Check in time

We were only there overnight but after a red eye to Boston and making our appointment near there, we got to hotel and were told the room wasn't quite ready at around 1-130. But would be ready in about an hour... We checked back as we'd not heard by 230... We're told room not ready but it's in the expedited list... 3 pm I check again it's now been 2 hours. I'm told check in is 3 pm . I said well it's 3 pm and I've been here over 2 hours. Was told we'll see how much longer. 15 mins later 45 minutes... So another 15 they "find" a room and give us $50 credit... It's a casino... I'm guessing no rooms mean you'll go play... We just wanted to sleep!
