It was clean. Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was not worth the price. Bed was soooo uncomfortable. We could not get the room to be cool at all, so we would sweat when trying to sleep. They had water bottle refill machines which was nice. It is on the bus line, but one that doesn’t run as frequently. So, there were many times we had to just call an uber or have to wait around for an hour.

Pros: all staff very friendly, comfortable beds, current and lovely decor, convenient location, breakfast was good (but ran out of most items later in the morning). Cons: it's basically impossible to sleep because of all the noise. The walls are paper thin and you hear absolutely everything all day and night. The bar/restaurant is rarely open. The elevator in the parking garage is broken and really should be fixed. Not sure how anyone with mobility issues could navigate that.

The front desk staff were great. My room was subpar at best- drain in the shower was visibly broken and should have been addressed. The toilet was dirty. Elevators in the parking garage were out of service- had to lug multiple bags up and down the stairs. Parking garage was inconvenient. $28 to park-without elevators! I wasn’t aware when I booked that this place was over the Mass Pike and you can hear every car, truck and siren going by. Windows to the exterior were filthy. Gym was nice but hard to find. The best thing about this place was the staff.

The service was great and staff was very friendly. On-site food was great. This hotel is directly above the freeway and you hear traffic noise all night. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to invest in another property.

The room was fine. The windows were filthy and faced the highway, the noise of the cars was a bit overwhelming as was the awful sound the heat made when it came on. Right below my window there was construction. My first night, for some reason my television suddenly blasted on at 4:00am. I had to get up to turn it off, the remote was on the desk. Then at 5:30 the alarm - not one I set, came one. All in all a pretty terrible night's sleep. Oh, and the toilet paper -- honestly felt more like newspaper - for $200.00 a night for a small, room with a King sized bed in it, a room that had seen better days -- you could at least provide toilet paper that's a bit softer. A hotel stay should be comfortable, one should receive amenities, like soft toilet paper - one wants to feel pampered, not as if they're in the outback.

I’ve stayed here twice. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and as pictured. I get charged for parking and both times there have been issues with elevator in the garage. The desk staff said it’s managed by another company…Marriott Bonvoy should use its clout to get that management company to fix it! Also, they charge $20 for breakfast. Maybe that is stand in Boston, but I find it highway robbery for scrambled eggs, cut fruit and oatmeal
