Be prepared for tiny rooms. When we complained the clerk said it was designed for people who traveled regularly. He doesn't know us. His comment was ridiculous.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's prime location, which provided easy access to transportation, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city together. The dining options were nothing short of wonderful, offering a variety of delicious choices that catered to all our tastes. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, embodying a level of hospitality that is truly commendable. While the accommodations were on the smaller side, they were undeniably luxurious and equipped with advanced technology that enhanced our experience. The attention to cleanliness was also remarkable, making us feel right at home. Overall, we would rate our stay at Citizen M Hotel a solid five stars. Good place in North station

Good basic hotel with all the necessary for a short business or pleasure trip, not recommended for long stays. Solid breakfast and bar, great co-working area. Best hotel if you come to the TD garden

Great stay

Great stay beautiful city view from the room. The room was very comfortable. I just missed having a coffee maker inside the room. The window is not truly soundproof so don’t expect it however it never bothered us while we slept.
