Room was great with great views. Not a lot of privacy with the shower and toilet area as everything could be heard and the door did not shut well. More amenities could be better like coffee and toothpaste. There was alot of homeless that stand around the hotel as well.

Particularly Excellent

We are big fans of CitizenM’s and have stayed at quite a few across the country, but this location in particular is our new favorite- and to be honest, I’m not even a huge fan of Boston! We definitely will be staying any time we’re heading to TD Garden in the future. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the outdoor bar area was super cute, and we had an amazing view. Great stay overall, and we are excited to stay in the Back Bay location in a few months to compare.

Great property., very friendly staff., we did need to leave our hotel ,for some electrical maintenance for a few hours ., wish they would of at least gave us a bfast on them for that inconvenience but other than that it was a wonder stay .

I loved the cute little room. Great area and right next to TD Garden, a huge AMC theater and within walking distance to Faneuil Hall and the swan boats. Great trip!

Nice hotel, you check yourself in. Close to many eateries and TD Park. Rooms are small, almost dorm-like, but bed was comfy. You control the lights, tv, and temp using an iPad. Would stay here again.

Rooms too small

Rooms are VERY small. 2 people can not fit in the room comfortably. The bed was pushed against the wall so if 2 people are in the room, one would need to crawl over the other to get out of bed to use the restroom. Restroom door did not close. Overall, it was too avante garde for me. The doll in the room was a bit odd. I thought someone left an item in the room.

Up-and-down-sides of modern urban hotel.

Very modern hotel, which has it's up- and down-sides. The reception level is a big common area with bar, seating, breakfast, meeting rooms, nice view from the balcony. The space for this was taken from the rooms, but small rooms is what I guess you get in expensive cities. The room is width of a king bed's length, the bed is pushed against the outside wall with big window above. If there are two of you (and better be VERY close friends), the one nearer the window is going to be climbing over the other getting in/out of bed. But I was by myself and the room was fine as a base of operations...rained like hell the day I was there so I spent a lot of time on the reception floor.

Excellent location! Very close to major attractions friendly and helpful stuff. The room is however very tiny and lacking some convinieces such as a fridge! However if you need a place to sleep and take a shower and not spend much time in the room, it is the perfect hotel.
