Stayed at Citizen M North Station for our anniversary weekend and it was fantastic! The room was sleek, super comfy bed, and those high-tech controls for lights and blinds were so cool. Staff were friendly, check-in was a breeze, and our room had awesome views of Boston. Location's perfect-right by TD Garden and public transit. Couldn't ask for more, five stars all day! We just came back from Ireland, so it was awesome to stay in a European style hotel. Breakfast was great and the lounge and hangout area was super cool and fun. Will definitely stay here again since it’s only 50 miles from home!

An excellent stay! This hotel is ideally located. While being able reach the hotel right outside the train station and later, TD Garden, it was incredibly quiet in our room. Food & drink options on the 4th floor were excellent. Anything else you could want it right next door at The Hub. The bed & pillows were very comfy. The blackout shades, temperature settings, lighting options, and more made us so happy in the room we didn’t really want to leave! Highly recommend and we will be returning soon.

Noisy fire alarm in room

Our fire alarm continually blinked like a strobe light at night and each blink gave off a just enough to be annoying clicking sound that made sleep less than desirable. This was our 4th stay here - generally had great stays before with no issues

The rooms are very small and uncomfortable. The toilet and shower are encapsulated together in an oval plastic “room” with a thin curtain you can open and close. There is also what is comparable to a hospital curtain divider that you can separate the bed from the rest of the room. There is very little privacy for anyone who needs to shower or use the toilet.

Very convenient from the train and going to TD Garden....Couldn't ask for anything more. Had the best espresso martini in the bar. Stayed to attend a concert and thought I'd hear a lot of street noise but didnt...rooms have cool modern feel to them...definitely will stay here again

Nice stay-as expected

Hotel was really urban and trendy. Loved the vibe! The hotel was right by the Garden and near the subway. The room itself was clean and while on the smaller side it was perfect for myself and the hubs. The hotel safe was super friendly and helpful.
