We atayed at this property for 3 nights while in town to attend a hockey game at the TD Garden. The location was amazing, the staff was ultra-kind and helpful, and the room was terrific. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Tiny room which suited me perfectly. Beautiful view! Clean, safe, light street noise which I didn’t mind. In-person staff is friendly but on the phone very unpleasant and unhelpful.

I would definitely return. I loved every aspect to the hotel. It’s very chic and extremely innovative. Staff is amazing. My favorite part of it was changing lights on the shower. DJ play that music!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to plenty of dining options and TD Garden. The modern room was a nice touch, with an iPad that made it easy to control the TV, window shades, and lights. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, I had to request room cleaning twice, and it never happened. While the towels were clean, the bed sheets and comforter had stains, and the room could have been cleaner overall. A great stay for convenience and technology, but housekeeping could use improvement.

Disappointing

The rooms are small but comfortable. The sound on the TV did not work. We asked for help and was told that is done by IT and off premise. They never fixed it despite complaining 3x. When checking out the front desk person was clearly perturbed and not no answers or offer of compensation
