Check in was smooth. Each Trump team member was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. My room was upgraded on a complementary basis. The room was well equipped, large, had a great view of the city and was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was was exceptionally equipped and spacious.The food at Terrace 16 was outstanding (we both had halibut and split a ceaser salad) as was the service. We decided to try the Trump branded wine instead of one of our regular choices. Exceptional value. Very drinkable. They accommodated our request for raspberries for dessert in lieu of the menu items. All in all, a five star experience. We’ll be back.

The handle came off the door, we got locked in the room, birthday balloons were placed in the wrong room after asking multiple times if they were in the correct room. Asked multiple times for things for the kids and no one followed through, I had to take multiple times out of my stay to keep following up to ask it to happen.
