We stayed at VOCO for a quick weekend family trip as a family of four. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, and view was amazing. We spent time in the hotel pool which was a hit for our littles as it was heated ( a little too much for my liking) but the kids enjoyed it. It was close enough to a lot of things which was a big plus.

Horrible Experience

Upon arriving Host was very nice and answered all of our questions, however after going up to our room and seeing the room we let front desk know it wasn’t what we were expecting specifically the shower. Host then stated if you book third party the photo some time are not as accurate we responded that we in fact book through the actual website then hosts cut us off to tell us they are fully booked so changing rooms wasn’t an option we ended call after that. About 15 mins goes by and we begin to get ready for our evening when we discovered the shower wasn’t working we then called back down stairs to request services front desk then stated they would change rooms even though we were previously told other wise, we then requested assistance for luggage and a luggage cart. About 15 mins pass and person comes with just a key in his hand and gave it to us for us to find our room alone with no assistance. After moving rooms we noticed this room wasn’t like the other but due to the horrible experience we just decided to deal with it since we began running late for our evening plans. Beyond disappointed in the service we received will not recommend staying at this hotel ever!

Great location and wonderful staff. The sink in the bathroom did not drain and water goes everywhere and very little water pressure for the shower were the only negative things. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
