This hotel was the perfect spot to downtown Chicago. Food , shopping etc within walking distance.

I loved everything, except when I got home the next day. I realized I had been eaten by bed bugs all over my body from my shoulders to my feet. It was horrible!!!!! I will never. Visit here again so sad because the location and view was perfect.

The only thing I didn't like was that the room smelled like mildew when we arrived. The front desk quickly switched us to another room on the same floor. We found the service to be excellent and the amenities are really good.

Hotel room has cigarette ashes in window opening from previous guests. Very loud. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Toilet flush handle didn’t work. Location of hotel was above average. I did not feel special from my check in to check out process. Will not go back and will share my experience with my audience.

Overall was good

I enjoyed my stay. My room was very spacious. The only downside I had was the toilet paper only being 1-ply. For the kind of hotel it is, I would have expected comfortable tissue paper, at least 2-ply for the guests.
