There was a couple maintenance issues, which for the level of luxury and price surprises me. The door that separated the living room from the bedroom would not close (barn door rail not level), and bedroom darkness shade near tv was improperly installed and could not fully open.

I had an amazing stay at Eurostars Magnificent Mile. My room on the 22nd floor was spacious with a beautiful view of the city—absolutely stunning to wake up to. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower was the perfect way to unwind after long days out. Rob at the front desk went above and beyond, helping with check-in and even accommodating last-minute room service with a great attitude. I also had the chance to visit the spa, and Nicole provided a top-tier experience—so relaxing and professional. The hotel itself is sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Between the incredible staff and the luxurious amenities, I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Chicago.

I arrived around 9pm and check-in was super simple. Upon entering the room, and trying to settle in, there was hair and some sticky substance on the desk. The toilet flap was sticking after each flush, causing you to open the tank lid and put it back to normal position. The sink stopper was broken which caused the water to not drain properly. I will say that self parking was in the same lot as valet and I saved $20.00 parking it there myself!

This property needs updates asap. It is very dark throughout the hotel and the room has limited lights and space. The ceiling was more so concrete. I will say the front desk manager black male was super nice and helpful. For the price I paid I was expecting better. I also could not use the balconies in my room. The shower is a nice concept could use some silverware inside the room as well. Also having an ice machine on multiple floors would be great as well.

I loved the hospitality of all of the staff and checking in was incredibly easy. A professional driver option is an addition you can book through the hotel and he was so amazing picking us up and helping us get to EuroStars safely. We were able to check in early and settle down in impeccably clean rooms. A beautiful establishment, this will be my go-to place to stay while in Chicago.
