We were very comfortable and the location was FANTASTIC! The only downside was not being able to get out of bed on both sides. Needed to climb over my husband. The room was small but had most of what we needed. There was a great " Iron Heaven" station on each floor that offered iron and steamer. Would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room or free coffee/ tea option in the lobby. The room had room darkening shades and the bed was comfy. Location, location, location!

Bathroom lighting poor. Bathtub/shower need grab bars and non slip grid on tub base. Dangerous as is…especially for seniors

Alma was superb as a host and guest services. She made our trip less stressful and made us feel welcome . Alma is by far the best guest services representative of Embassy Suites that i have ever encountered. Thank you for helping make this trip worry free and relaxing. Fourth time staying here. I love this hotel! Very convenient! Right next to navy pier for fun! Right my Michigan street for shopping! Minutes a way from Ramen San Deluxe, Starbucks, Wildberry pancakes, & other amazing restaurants for good eating!
