Friendly staff, clean, helpful and kind staff. I disappointed that the roof top was not open and was told it was under construction. Breakfast provided was very good offering great and fresh food. Staff maintained it well at all times. We were both very pleased with our stay during our visit for our first time in Chicago.

The Perfect Location!

Stayed for an overnight “city” Spring break trip. My Highschool aged girls loved the Michigan Avenue shopping, Millenium Park, Navy Pier. Can’t believe how perfectly located this property is for walking to all the sites. Inside it was exceptionally clean, secure, quiet, and every staff member treated you with the highest regard. Excellent!

Stayed here during a short trip to Chicago. Found the hotel to be very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good fitness centre. Breakfast was so-so. One can find inexpensive parking nearby but there is no parking at the hotel. Would stay here again. Easy walk to most highlights.

Awesome Hotel in the Middle of Everything!

Very nice and clean hotel with a nice bar. Everyone was very polite and eager to provide great service. Internet wasn't the best, but that's more of a Chicago problem than a hotel problem.

Everything was perfect. The hotel room was spacious. The bathroom was amazing. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was very good too. Loved the awesome shower. Very good location in downtown Chicago. Can absolutely recommend and will stay there again.
