So good we booked a second trip!

So amazing we booked a Christmas trip while we were there! The only thing we could say negatively was the pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called for additional or firmer pillows there were none available. But the rest of the experience was so good we’ll try to bring our own pillows next time.

location is good but entrance is not convient. knock our door in two days while we are still sleeping. There are extra Urban Experience Fee which is supposed to be city tax already, they charge extra tax on top of this fee.forgot to give me credit on the check out day. the light in the locker room could not be turned on. I paid extra for a two beds room but ended up in a second bed room for a linked family room.

The check-in process was quick as usual. The room was nice but there was dried soda/wine/juice on the counter above the mini fridge and the toilet was also dirty. The staff were polite and helpful. The stay was nice but being charged ~$86 when nothing was touched, damaged or otherwise puts a damper on the whole experience. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and also the 2nd time being charged like this. I wouldn’t count on a 3rd stay.

Urban experience fee? WTH? Might as well kick me in the shins as I walk out. I book inner city at a price, not to get slapped with an extra 25 'fee'. Book a 500 dollar room only to pay another 25 bucks. Should have been in the price. Unacceptable. I stay 200 nights a year in hotels. This is a first. And a last I might add.

Mixed bag. Some aspects are five-star, but some disappointments. Cafe ran out of food at 9 am on Saturday. Restaurant made us wait 40 minutes for breakfast with half of the tables open. Streaming on the TV never worked despite several requests to fix it. But some first class employees and a nice facility.

Hotel was not what we expected!!! Tub had rings , Toilet part had a bad odor ! The air conditions sucks it was extremely hot in the room entire stay. No complimentary robes or wine glasses even after requesting it be sent to the room. Valet parking sucks 10’min grace period to unload but no carts to speed up the process ! I will Not return
