Great location. Everything else is mediocre. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. For it to be a high end hotel they don’t provide basic complimentary items in the room, i.e water bottles, microwave, mini fridge. However they make sure they stock the room with overpriced items for you to pay for. It values your money over comfort and enjoying your stay. Additionally they charge a $25 urban experience fee and tax it as well.
