Location was good. However, front desk service was not that good. We also found a bottle cap that was left behind on our bed from the past guest. Which was disgusting. Our room did not get cleaned, even though we were there for 3 nights. The lady in the front desk is also quite rude. Only thing good about the property is the location and it is close to everything. The restaurant service on the 15th floor was nice. Friendly staff there.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. We felt safe in this area and we were right by the river making for great pictures! Public transit was also very close. Walking around at night felt safe too.

Nice hotel. Great, walkable area. Friendly staff. if a fitness room is important i recommend looking elsewhere. The gym was underequipped, with far too few machines, weights, and mats, and 3 of the treadmills were broken (incline was broken on one, speed on the other, and the third just didn't work.) This is clearly not a new issue.

The hotel staff were very friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items that had something for everyone. We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Expresses around the country and this is by far one of the best! Would definately stay there again when we come back to Chicago!

Although the hotel has a great location and the building looks really fancy, there are 2 hotels working under the same facility, and the Holliday-Inn rooms are not at the same level as the rest of the building and facilities in general. The room was big, with a nice King bed, however, you can tell by the simplicity of it, that it is a Holiday-Inn. You would be deceived at the beginning with the luxury of the building and the bar/restaurant, but the reality for the Holiday-Inn is quite different. The breakfast was really overpriced: $30 for a buffet, plus the coffee is separate. Not a good option to eat there.
