Book Cortlandt St. Station hotels

Room was spacious and clean, walking distance to everything. House keepers very attentive! Front desk staff who checked us in he seemed annoyed and didn’t really answer questions we had so we had to ask another front desk person and she was great and answered every question we had.

It was in a good area, it was a place to sleep- but nothing wow. It was easy to get to and convenient but that’s about it.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so small that two people could not walk past the bed at the same time. I wonder if we got this awful room because we used Expedia. The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. We will never stay here again.

Only thing I wish I had was a fridge, but everything else was just as expected!

Staff was very nice. Room service kept me stocked with towels and rags. The room overall was OK. It was clean, but it was not up-to-date so it still has that old look but it was OK for something last minute. There’sBut Everyone across the street pricing is ridiculous though.
