Bathrooms are small...Rooftop bar awesome!

Hotel very clean and staff very friendly, the only downfall is that thwy couldnt help me check in earlier eventhough I flew all night from California, I got to new york at 8am and they couldnt check me in until 4pm.

The staff at this property is amazing, friendly and accommodating. The room and lobby were immaculate which was a big concern for me. Towels fluffy, great air con, hot showers! The area around hotel was a little dicey and we were approached by more that one person asking for money. Hotel locks door at 7p which I thought was a great idea. Would totally recommend for short NYC stay.

This is my third time in this property, right across the Rodger’s theatre where the Hamilton show is. Great location and fairly priced. The rooms are small but this is NY!

I would definitely add better signage for access to the roof top bar. Very confusing to find! In addition, the alternative baggage storage in the makeshift room was a bit off putting. I understand they had some good measures setup, but I did feel uneasy having my stuff in that storage room for 2 hours. It was definitely not its intended purpose to be a storage room, meaning there is probably no security cameras in that room. I trust the staff to be honest, but it is something to make note of if you’re coming before your check in or 3.
