Perfect location Although on very busy corner, Bowery/Canel at manhattan bridge entrance I was on 2nd floor sound was not an issue. FD staff very friendly and helpful. Room AC struggled to get below 72 degrees and only bed cover is heavy comforter felt hot in middle of night. Had a drink in beer garden was nice, open air, great view from rooftop but all inside. Breakfast was disappointing as expected

Great place to stay!

Room was clean, bed was comfy, hot breakfast was great! Despite being in a busy area it was very quiet in our room. Subway stops and restaurants are close and it made getting around easy. The staff was very helpful and arranged for my daughter who arrived a day later to stay on the same floor as us.

The complimentary is horrible. Eggs hard and undercooked bacon. Served in the basement that serves as a dark club/bar at night. Great staff and clean, modern room.

It was convenient for us but for the price that we paid, it could have been cleaner and cooler. It was very warm and no matter how much we reduced the temperature, the coldest it got in the room was 73 degrees.
