During my five-day stay, my room was cleaned only once. I had to request towel changes and cleaning services—something I've never experienced in a hotel before. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. However, the staff were exceptionally polite and respectful, which made the experience somewhat more pleasant.

It was great! The bed was super comfy - way better than I’ve had at more expensive places - and everything was as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect place to base yourself and has everything you need to rest, shower and prepare for activities.

I'd definitely recommend the hotel if you're just staying for a night or two. And breakfast was worth the extra $13. My only complaints would be that it's a bit cramped and that the TV needs to be updated as I wasn't able to access any streaming services, nor did it have all the available free TV channels.

We attended the Easter Show and this accommodation was very conveniently located. We were satisfied with everything except the shower. It was not in a bathroom but behind a curtain. This would be fine but the shower doors did not shut properly letting water onto the floor surface. Some maintenance required.

Toliet in small closet that smelled, two holes in wall repaired badly, large crack by the door. Sink was very small. Shower was very small. No shampoo but shower jel. Two twin beds were 4 inches apart, duvet had stains a d one didn't look clean. No suitcase rack, just an old wooden chair. Very sm all desk in corner that had seen better days. Room was so small that very hard for two people to co-exist. I have stayed in several Ibis Budget hotels in Europe and much better than this one. Due to show paid a lot for a very substandard room.

Staff were friendly. Its close to easter show. Breakfast was good. Rooms small but for 1 night was good. I did ask a staff member a question but they had no idea where it was i needed to go (the easter show) told me it was 40min walk when its actually 2 min u could see it from the motel.

I tried for a week to call the hotel and left several messages and noone called me back. When we arrived there was noone at the reception, our door to the room didn't work very well, the tv didn't work. Yes I realise that this is a budget hotel, but you need to have someone to moniter the messages better and have someone onthe reception
