When I booked this property there was no communication that I would be charged half of my rate if I book multiple rooms. When I phoned about this my option was to lose all my rooms and not book a block or leave as is. No other option and the lady was miserable to deal with. When checking in multiple rooms at different times. They kept forgetting to include the vouchers and additional information to the rooms on my booking. There was a $15 voucher to be used at select dining locations during my stay. Turns out there was an error on my bill after the fact. Nothing they can do it is the restaurants error and they will not assist. Again, I asked a follow up question the lady at the front desk was starting to get irritated. Overall I would never stay at this hotel again.
