In unit heat did not work for full time of stay We had requested months in advance to have a unit close to the amenities to provide easy access for mother in law. We were provided with a unit that was at the farthest part of the complex.

We had some issues with our first room. After contacting the manager they upgraded us to a better room that was excellent. Really pleased with the service provided. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

I booked a one bedroom, deluxe condo, for 8 days The photos were pretty misleading. We ended up in a basement unit that lacked natural light and was much smaller than shown in the booking pics. There was zero notice that we would be in a basement unit. If I would have known this, I would have not book it. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The couple next to us got into a loud verbal agruement one afternoon and we had to intervene. The people above us were naturally loud checking in and out, and getting ready to ski every morning. Our toliet broke and our bedframe fell apart, tv's are small and the cable had a poor connection and very basic channels. Good things: The hot tub, sauna, nice employees, free wood, kindling, bus passes, and nearby stop.
