This place was an absolute dump. I feel like I was deceived by the misrepresentation of the photos and description. Fact is my room has not been updated in probably 25yrs. All this was bought directly to the front desk but all they had to offer was an apology. SHAME ON YOU HIDDEN RIDGE.

We had a wonderful stay. If you’re staying in a simple queen sized suite, you may want to make sure you’re okay with the possibility of kids being in the suite above yours because you can hear people running around a lot. Otherwise, the location of this resort was very convenient for Banff downtown and hikes.

Pools, sauna, and bus all a plus

Appreciated the fact that the main bus route runs right by the resort and the resort pays for the pass. Also enjoyed the cold and hot pools and the sauna on warm and cool days. Cozy cabin but could use a new screen door and more comfortable patio furniture.
