Room was clean and presented well. Parking lot was very slippery in places due to ice. $30 per night extra for a pet is an absolutely ridiculous overcharge. Place overall is nice, but seems to be due for some renos.

Everything is great except that we didn’t get enough sleep the entire stay because of the people above our unit. You can Hear the shower was turned on, their steps, the door squeaks, their conversation. We were at the basement /ground floor beside the pool - behind the sauna.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the outdoor pools and sauna were lovely and relaxing. And it was great to sit in front of a wood burning fireplace and relax.
