Everything was good at the hôtel, close to everything in Banff, rooms were nice and big they had not told us that half the hot tubs were being renovated to the only one could get quite busy. Prices are a bit high for the value but overall very happy with the resort

This is my tenth stay at the Moose. Always my go to whenever I stay in Banff. I would've rated the property five stars however, I was unaware that there was an ongoing renovation of the roof top pools. The completed side looks great. Cannot wait to visit again once completed.

The bathroom in a 4-star hotel doesn’t even have a ventilation fan， and the facility is closed for renovations, no breakfast either, this price you can find another better place
