The Moose Hotel and Suites consistently delivers a great experience. While my stay initially started on a disappointing note due to excessive noise lasting until 4 a.m., the staff promptly addressed my concerns and relocated me to a quieter room, which significantly improved my experience. One unfortunate drawback, however, was the sight of someone allowing their dog to urinate on the outdoor firewood—an unsanitary and unpleasant issue.

Average hotel. Not the nicest one we stayed at but does the job. Bathroom was the nicest part. Windows can see out into the hallway which seemed a bit strange but there are also blinds to cover up. We thought this hotel would work better for ski trips than summer trips.

Stayed there a few weeks ago for 1 night and the place was sub-par for the price I paid. I booked the May long weekend in Feb or March sometime anticipating it being very busy and paid a premium because I booked early. A few days before check-in I was on Expedia and saw the price of my room drastically decreased but it was too late to cancel and rebook and save a couple hundred dollars. When I arrived at the property the staff at the front desk offered me a “discounted upgrade” to a better room that was cheaper now than what I had paid a few months back which felt like they were trying to gouge me for more money right off the bat. Maybe the free upgrade would have been a nice gesture instead, maybe that’s just me though. From there we used the hot tub and pool facilities and what felt like 25% of the tiles around the hot tub were loose/broken which seemed like a safety hazard? Lots of sand and grit at the bottom as well which made it feel like the water hadnt been changed frequent enough. The timber frame architecture was nice I just think for being in a national park the facility should be a kept a little nicer, they seem to be neglecting simple inexpensive maintenance.
