The location of the hotel is excellent. Amenities are lacking. The outdoor pool is so, so. There is no coffee available before 7am and you have to leave early for some of the more popular sites. The room coffee makers are cheap, old and not clean. There is one water bottle filler on an upper floor. It wouldn't take much to set up a coffee and water station in the lobby. The rooms are dated, but clean. This hotel is overpriced.

The Moose Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Banff, making it easy to get around. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. While the hotel is comfortable and well-kept, it does feel a bit pricey for what it offers. Still, a very pleasant stay overall.

Such a wonderful stay and experience!! The facility exceeded all of our expectations. The photos online did not do the property justice. It was so clean and felt/appeared brand new. The staff was welcoming. The dining room food was delicious. We enjoyed all three meals, mocktails from the bar, and room service. The staff member Beatrice became our best friend. We enjoyed our king suite with balcony. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave. We will most definitely be returning!!

Amazing location, Great staff and very helpful, Early check in was possible and they called me about 12 noon to let me know the room was ready, as we had stopped by at 11am on our way to sight see. Restaurant was really great for breakfast, pretty much blows away any USA breakfast these days. My only complaint was the hot tub tiles were old and loose and I cut my finger on one. But that hot tub view is amazing! Would def return.
