There was no parking available upon check-in. We were told to find a spot on the street in Banff which costs $84 per 12-hour day. Very inconvenient. The property should have at least one spot per room. Some parking spots in the underground parkade were occupied by maintenance/construction equipment and e-bikes. Although the rooms had been recently renovated, the beds and pillows were not comfortable for us. One of the two restaurants was closed for renovations.

This is our second time staying here and even though there was construction, it didn't affect our trip. The renovated rooms were fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful from the front desk to the people we spoke to online. The pool was great for the kids and the adults can either join them or relax in the steam room or the seating area around the area. We would stay here again and we can't wait for the renovations for the hotel to be completed!

Rooms were great. Pool was great. It was quiet during the night. Super close to main street. If you are trying to get room service make sure you order early, I tried to order at 10:15am but I wasn’t able to because they closed at 11:00am which was strange to me. Most of the reception were awesome but we had to do a cash deposit and the receptionist said we could go on a 5 minute walk to find the ATM, which we did and all was fine, a night later we noticed there was an ATM in the hotel just beside the reception desk. My partner told the receptionist very kindly that for the future guests there is a ATM in the hotel, the receptionist just giggled at us and said cool.

The room was clean and a good size. The rooms are kept pretty hot and we're difficult to adjust the thermostat but they offered to bring me a fan, and it was delivered immediately. I hot tub and eucalyptus steam room are always a bonus when staying here!
