Very clean and the staff were helpful. Our room (370) would not get cooler than 21.5 degrees Celsius. We had a hard time sleeping. Please state what your parking clearance is, I wouldn’t have booked the underground parking if I knew it’s only good for up to six feet.

Staff was nice, room was nice just far walk to exit and entrance points. Steam room had black stuff growing on the floor, and when we asked staff about they said it was fine and just coming out of the pipes.. they day we were checking out we saw the staff put an out of order sign on the door

The staff was extremely nice at check-in. We were a bit early and they tried to accommodate us the best they could. I had a knee injury and they offered me a wheelchair or cane to make it easier to walk. The room was clean and spacious. The sauna, pool, and hot tub are really nice and open till 11pm which is nice. You can go after your diner without having to rush.

Went for a ski weekend. Staff were really incompetent. Front desk girl told us to walk the wrong way to our room. We dragged our luggage and ski bags there, saw the room wasn't there, and then came back. Girl told us actually it's the other way. So we dragged all our stuff that way and found our room. Walking back past the desk later the girl said we could leave our ski bag in their storage room, which was right there, by the front desk. She told us this after she watched us drag the bag past the front desk twice. Restaurant staff told us breakfast buffet was included. We got the buffet, which was bad. When were leaving we were told our room didn't qualify for free breakfast, it was for some conference attendees only. There was no parking at the building, had to park across the street for a fee. Got back to the room in the evening after skiing, it had not been cleaned. The room itself was fine.
