The Juniper is always spotless and ALL of the staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with. The Juniper Bistro is some of the best food in Banff with a view you can't get anywhere else.

Great view and we asked for a different room due to a health issue and thye were great. The new room was a seperate building and we saw coyotes and deer, it was great.

The staff at the Juniper, along with the view is the best part. The rooms are nice and cozy. I love that they use warm lighting instead of the typical sterile hotel lights. There is an additional $20 facilites charge over and above your reservation price. The hot tub is nice but, it was pretty dirty. Overall, they are doing a nice job.

We had a wonderful stay at The Juniper. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed.
