Nice location and clean.

Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. The hotel accepted luggage forwarding and had it in our room waiting upon check in! Staff were great in these processes too. Sadly the terrace where the Godzilla head is was closed during our stay for some reason so bit disappointing.

Convenient location but the rooms are very basic and tiny. The amenities were available in the lobby. The restaurant did not provide the ability to just order a coffee. They demanded a full meal. TV did not work the entire time.

The room is always clean, all the toiletries you need are complete, everything is very convenient and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely come back.
