The property is nice and conveniently located and ALL staff was very nice and helpful. I'll definitely come back again on my next trip.

The location is great, in a luxury area, easy access to public transit. Our only concern was the room, it was very small, but regardless I highly recommend it.

It was a great hotel. I love the private Onsen in the room.

I stayed at the Mitsui Premier Hotel for five nights. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very central to all the high-end shopping districts. The hotel is closer to Shinbashi station than Ginza station, about a 10-minute walk. (Also should checkout the Shinbashi station area, very busy and fun when sun down) The staff was very attentive and friendly. I especially appreciated Julia from reception for helping me find a “last-minute” restaurant for my friends birthday dinner. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven and a very nice coffee shop called Northern Wood which opposite the hotel, they make great coffee, which is perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I would recommend this hotel.

Location was great. Staff were so helpful. Rooms were always clean.
