We booked this hotel for when we arrived in Tokyo late after a flight from Australia. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We checked into out room and found two single beds pushed together. We asked reception to change our room so everyone had space to sleep i.e. two double beds, but we were told we needed to pay extra to upgrade. I showed reception our booking confirmation with two adults and two children, and she just said either pay more or there is nothing she can do. The funny thing is on the back of our door, it said maximum occupants 2 people, that's how small the room was. Very disappointed in our stay here.

So handy for departures. All sign posted easily from arrivals, and a 5 minite walk through arcades and shopping centre. Rooms small though, had 3 in room and no space.

The hot spring on the roof after a really long flight is a very relaxing experience. Especially if you arrive fairly late at night. Would actually recommend it especially if you plan to take a domestic flight the next morning as you can wake up and go and check in ~90 minutes before your flight without having to wake up super early.

It's a great place to stay if you are flying in and out of Haneda. We found the free luggage storage very helpful, they took our luggage despite already being checked out. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable

Massive hotel 10min walk from Haneda Terminal 3

This hotel is massive; you’ll get your steps in just walking from your elevator to your room (there are four different elevator banks spread across the hotel). The hallways are so long they look like an optical illusion! It’s a good ten min walk from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Location info on hotels.com could be more specific— I arrived into Terminal 1 and had to take a shuttle. Should have just stayed somewhere else on the Keikyu Line! Check in and check out is totally automated. For folks not familiar with how delicious hotel breakfasts in Japan can be, the breakfast might seem impressive (there are a ton of options) but I found everything too oily, too sweet, and too salty, rice was gummy and pastries dried out. It was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had in Japan. The room was clean but small. The only bonus was the 24/7 restaurant, as my flight arrived pretty late at night. The nighttime menu is limited but my meal was good. Next time, even with a late night arrival, I would stay somewhere else that is less expensive. (Normally I don’t write negative hotel reviews but if I had known all these things, I would never have stayed there.)

The place is fantastic

Me and my 2 sons stayed for a week there - finishing up a month of traveling around Japan - the place is very secure and close to food and a train station but I liked the fact when we were ready to leave it was super easy to get to the airport
