Be prepared for Small Room!!! Lived up to reputation of small hotel rooms in Tokyo. Room was modern, clean and suitable for 1 person stay, not so much for 2 people-cramped.

Our second stay (multiple days each visit) at this hotel. A room with a nice view. The entire staff is super attentive, helpful. The restaurant staff is hardworking and prompt. Sadly, a few guests were rude and curt to staff, unwarranted. Staff remained calm, helpful and respectful.
