Great breakfast, convenient area and walkable. Staff are generally unfriendly, did their job of check in and out but no instructions about breakfast, use of elevators, not helpful in answering questions about local directions. Only such experience in our trip to Japan.

Our second stay (multiple days each visit) at this hotel. A room with a nice view. The entire staff is super attentive, helpful. The restaurant staff is hardworking and prompt. Sadly, a few guests were rude and curt to staff, unwarranted. Staff remained calm, helpful and respectful.

The property was the perfect place to stay in Tokyo! It is really central and was easy to get to all places we wanted to visit (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa, etc.) by metro. The room was really clean and nice but the bed and pillows were too firm for our liking. There is a 7/11 a 30 second walk away that we visited frequently and we would also recommend Ginza Steak, right next door, for their weekday lunch wagyu special. All in all a great stay and we would come back again!
