The room seemed to have a leaking dishwasher, there was a towel on the floor in front of the dishwasher. Also the floor in the entrance way/kitchen felt dirty. That along with the heavy footed people above us didnt make for a pleasant stay.

Had a great stay here for my mom’s birthday. They even gave our dogs each a toy!! Rooms were very clean, but the pool area was a little bit dirty and floors could use a clean! But other than that we had a great stay!

We were on the first floor. It was so noisy because the people above us had kids running around, I could hear the chair pulling, and walking foot steps. The rule was to quite down at 11pm but it was still noisy at almost 11:30pm so I had to call the front desk. The bedroom carpet was so dusty behind the nightstand. Also the bathroom wall had holes behind the door.

Old fashioned resort away from the hustle and bustle. The condos are cozy and offer a wood burning fireplace yhat adds to the ambience. No frills and good value for money.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Highly recommend staying here, the room was fantastic and the staff are absolutely terrific! They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. The manager, Vlad, is a standout guy!!! I will absolutely be back here again if and when I go back to Banff!!
