Really nice location on outskirts of Banff town. Amazing view of the mountains from our unit and saw deer around the property. Space was like a small apartment with multiple bedrooms and a good size kitchen. There is no AC so it does get a little stuffy on warm days. We opened windows but heard noise from the busy road as our unit was close to the main road.

The rooms were very outdated and my room had a horrible smell. Maybe old cooking smells. I didn’t realize I reserved a suite. Furniture and flooring old and dirty. The staff were wonderful. The shuttle to downtown was a great surprise and added bonus. Stayed 2 nights and was surprised room wasn’t cleaned each day. Fresh towels and garbage removed. Curtains heavy and hard to open and close not to mention smelly and dirty. I will try a different resort next visit.

Very convenient to stay in Banff without being in the fuss of downtown. The view from the room was breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoyed having a condo for the week rather than a motel room.

During my recent stay, I experienced improper billing and unprofessional conduct from your front desk staff. I was charged an additional $100 security deposit beyond the $100 disclosed at check-in. When I asked for clarification, Sabrina’s response was, “Haven’t you ever stayed at a hotel before?” — a condescending and offensive remark. I had just stayed at two 5-star Fairmont hotels in Banff and was never charged multiple deposits without clear explanation. This lack of transparency combined with Sabrina’s hostile tone is unacceptable. I also witnessed her speak aggressively to another guest, which suggests this behavior is not isolated. Such conduct requires immediate retraining, and if this is her standard approach, she should not be in a guest-facing role. The issue extended to another clerk (white, Australian accent). When I reported the vending machine was broken, she pointed vaguely and said, “try that.” When I asked if bottled water was sold elsewhere, she replied, “I don’t know. Ask the restaurant.” This dismissive attitude further reflects poor service standards. Beyond these interactions, no complimentary water was provided in the room, and the only vending machine was out of order. These are basic amenities any reputable hotel should ensure. I will be disputing the unauthorized charge with American Express. However, the unprofessional behavior of your staff and the lack of transparency must be addressed immediately.

Nice accommodation/ stay with affordable price compared to most other places listed at the time of our visit in Autumn. It is about a 5-10 mins drive to the main town centre in Banff, and the resort offers a free shuttle to town which was a nice touch. The 2 bedroom cabins are nice and clean although furniture is very run down and old. Sofa were extremely old and worn out. Fortunately the bed mattresses were comfortable and in better shape. Staff very nice overall (besides the snobby young british lady working in reception who made us feel like we were ruining her day by asking for access to tennis rackets). The resort has enough to do including a tennis court which we enjoyed using, and basketball. Overall good stay, would recommend for the price.

The heat is turned on by staff, and can’t be turned off. The control is broken. The room is hot, we can’t sleep. We have to open the window and door to cooling down the temperature. We have a terrible night.

Avoid at all costs.

The hotel rooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. If this was a $50 a night hotel then it would still not be acceptable but at $400 a nights it is ridiculous. It had mould on the wall, used tissues by the bed, a great stench in the room.

The room was a little dated but priced well. Could use some newer flooring as there were cracked floor tiles. Kitchen was clean and included all utensils and dishes. No a/c in room would be a negative if the weather was warm in the summer.

This is way overpriced for basically a 3-star room with some pool and tennis court facilities. To say this is a 4 or 5 star is a stretch. The facilities are old and the location is far out of town. I wont stay here again.

Don’t waste your money

It was not the nicest place for the price point, it wasn’t clean & in need of an upgrade. No breakfast included we were supposed to have a 3rd person stay with us. They couldn’t make it which ended up being good because the pull out couch wasn’t in great condition. Would not stay there again!

Unit was falling apart holes in wall, just didn’t feel very clean, no cleaning services during our 2 day stay. Just incredibly high pricing for what you’re getting. It felt like a motel.
