Been going here for years and is always a steady place to go but this may be my last stay. It needs a deep clean and upgrade. Curtains have stains all over and the overall cleanliness has declined quite a bit. The room keys had major issues so had to go back and forth just to get a working key. Yes it was cold but it’s Canada so should be expected. The biggest one was the hot water issue with pipes freezing. Again this is Canada, how there are no heating elements around the pipes for this issue is beyond me. Such a shame because this was always our go to when visiting Banff.

The condos are so convenient and they are stocked with everything you could need. Love that you can have a real fire and they deliver the firewood. They are a little run down but clean enough and it’s nice to have a living room and the bedrooms upstairs.

Weekend stay between work travel weeks

Great one-night stay Saturday night. Guest laundry facilities available, wood fireplace in the cabin, and clean comfortable space. On site restaurant had good food for dinner and breakfast. Lots of families and kids. Easily accessible from the highway. Room had full kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, standard pots and pans, place settings for 6. This would be a great place to “base camp” for a vacation in Banff, when I return for a non-work trip I’ll probably stay here.

Our room was very nice but the stairs and area outside our room (exterior walkway and stairs) were dirty. The indoor pool and hot tub area and outdoor hot tub area were also not very clean, not well maintained or updated.
