The only good thing was the water pressure. Carpet had holes. Room A/C was noisy, could not be controlled. And it looks like a ski lodge straight out of the 70-80s. For the price, it’s not worth it. Spend a few bucks more and there are plenty of better options.

We stayed with our 5yo son - room accommodated us with a large king bed upstairs & fold sofa down stairs. Staff were prompt at attending & placing bedding on the sofa. Town centre is a short walk. There is a large playground on the next block. Only downside was no clothes washing facilities

Adrien was great when we checked in! Very nice accommodations and perfect for us! Neil, in the sister hotel of Royal Canadian Lodge, was a GREAT help when we were just moments from not making our Lake Louise tour!!! Great experience!! Highly recommend!
