The property had a cabin-like vibe with furniture made of wooden logs. The check-in process was super easy and when we were not fond of our first room due to the view, the lovely Jack at the front desk moved us to a better accomodating room. The gym was awesome too with a kickboxing bag. The breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy. The staff was amazing though. The walkability and convenience of location to all the cool spots in Banff was none like other.

We stayed at this property for two nights as we were attending an event in Banff... The staff were great, and the only major issue with the room was that it was facing towards an alley, which meant there was a lot of noise on and off all day. Other than that, I would highly recommend due to its location!

Great location near the bus stop, room was well appointed, decent fitness center. I wish they would upgrade their elevator though, very slow moving with long wait times and is mostly used by people trying to go downstairs while wearing their alpine gear. Also - the location of the equipment locker and how it works could be improved (currently located beyond the underground parking garage entrance in a storage room with DIY metal cable ties and padlocks)

The property is located in downtown Banff with an active and noisy social scene. The loud music and shouting from the bar across the street, Magpie and Stump, forced us to change rooms by the fourth night. We appreciate that Brewster staff allowed us to move to a quieter section of the hotel. The last two nights were much better.

Excellent location in Banff. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff is always so welcoming and make a special effort to greet every guest so kindly. Underground parkade is a great asset. A special touch was the welcome back message in our room. Appreciated the balcony on the sunny afternoon of our King loft room which was lovely.

Extremely noisy, not only from street but from other guests. The rooms appear to have no sound barrier between rooms. Smallest shower I have ever seen. Nice and close to main street.

Brewster Mountain Lodge is a must place to stay when you are planning to stay in Banff. The place is only a few minutes walk to Banff Avenue, Whyte Museum, Bow River Trail, Cascade Gardens and a few other attraction. There’s a nearby grocery store that offers ready-to-eat food. The lodge provided microwave inside the room upon request. The breakfast has a breads, pastries, ham or sausages on alternate days, eggs, a variety of cereals and fruits. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The only downside is that it becomes noisy at night because of the nearby pub.
