We stayed at Elk & Avenue in Banff for three nights in one of their Loft Suites, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right on Banff Avenue, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the action, yet still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The Loft Suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We loved the modern-rustic decor, high ceilings, and large windows with beautiful mountain views. The bed upstairs was very comfortable, and having a separate living area downstairs gave us room to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. The in-room amenities, including the mini-fridge, coffee maker, and generous counter space, made our stay even more convenient. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for dining and local attractions. The hotel’s on-site restaurant, Farm & Fire, was a pleasant surprise—delicious locally-inspired dishes and cozy atmosphere. We ended up dining there twice! Parking was easy and reasonably priced, and check-in/check-out were smooth. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay with a bit of extra space, the Loft Suite at Elk & Avenue is a great choice.
